Architectural, electrical & HVAC planning was done to meet the stringent requirement suitable to make Pez's and telephone exchange. Air Conditioning is planned for class 10000 and ventilation system included proper exhaust of dangerous fumes. Work was completed in 1995 at a cost of Rs.150 million.

We were responsible for monitoring and approving design of this sophisticated factory. The class of air-conditioning in fiber manufacture was 10000. Work was completed in 1990 at a cost of about Rs. 170 million.

On a site measuring 12 acres, a Training Block, Centrally air-conditioned Production Block (AC class 50,000), Administration, Lecture Block, Canteen, Multipurpose Hall, Students Hostel and Staff Housing concerning a total area of about 25,000 sq.mt. have been completed under Indo-Danish Project. Buildings costing about Rs.100.00 million were completed in 1993.
