We worked as the main architects with the MEP and interior deigns consultants from Denmark. This building is located in one of the most posh areas of Delhi.

This building is located in the protected built-zone in Delhi and no changes could be affected to the appearance and the built-volume of the building constructed in year 1930. The building constructed with mud bricks was extensively rehabilitated using the latest construction techniques and materials. This building is located in one of the most posh and exclusive area of New Delhi.

Though very small in size (only two small houses), this project was one of the challenging projects handled by us. These two houses have been designed in the campus of the Belgian Embassy in India, which has been selected as one of the 1000 best buildings in the world in 20th century. The embassy is located in the Diplomatic Enclave of Delhi.

The design of this building was derived after visiting Mauritius. A mixture of Indian and components like large verandahs around the building and the Mauritian elements cast iron railing, sloping roofs have been proposed. This building is located in the Diplomatic Enclave of Delhi.
