We feel extremely proud of this building in Nepal, which faces the Durbar Square in Kathmandu where all the buildings were completely flattened during the earthquake in year 2015, except this building. This commercial building (25,000 Sq.Ft.) not only withstood the nature's wrath but was also used to provide immediate relief to the victims.
The building elevation and use of materials was completely in harmony with the timed-architecture of the Durbar Square. We would also like to express our thanks to the owners of this building who followed our advise on the anti-earthquake measures and also did not hesitate to spend extra both for these measures and also to harmonize this building with its surroundings.
